Mudkip says...Karoshi!

Karoshi, literally translating to death by overwork is a game in which you, a stressed Japanese salaryman attempt suicide, to win the game you must essentially kill yourself again and again, not as easy as it sounds though, Karoshi is a very difficult at times because it has no set controls and the rules change often throughout the game.

Mudkip says...text based gaming

Sure half the time you spend gaming is spent trying to work out how to word a sentence, sure most of the time you havent a clue what youre doing, but thats part of the mystique of text-based gaming.
I havent got any links as of yet, but i'm pretty sure google can provide answers to most of your downloading needs...
If you are into text based games or want to have a go at one, i would recommend the Zork series, both funny and puzzling Infocom's Zork Anthology is definitely worth taking a look at.
The zork series includes...
Zork 1: The great underground empire
Zork 2: The wizard of Frobozz
Zork 3: The dungeon Master
as well as the later made...
Beyond Zork
Zork Zero
Return to Zork
Zork Nemesis: The forbidden Lands
Zork: The undiscovered Underground
Zork: Grand Inquisitor

as well as many more games i have not seen fit to mention...

Mudkip says emulators!!

EMULATORS
If you dont know what an emulator does, here is a quick run down,
If you want to play games on a console (e.g. Playstation, XBOX etc.) you need a machine and a game, yes? BUT if you want to play them on a computer, you need an emulator! Basically its a program that pretends to be a console and plays games stored as files on your computer! You can find emulators for everything from old arcade games to the Nintendo 64 or XBOX 360.
LAWS: Downloading these files is legal, as long as you own real copies of them already, HOWEVER there is at this point no organization that polices these downloads, so you can have them as long as you do not sell them and will not be prosecuted.

Some websites to check for emulators and emulator ROMs (game files)
www.doperoms.com -Though their site is filled with dodgy advertisements, they have a good library of Emulators and Games which are easily downloadable, most of their files are .zip documents but programs like WINrar are easily available for decompressing these files

www.emulator-zone.com -Good for getting the latest emulation news! Once again they have a good list of emulators, HOWEVER they stick to the legal end of the gaming network and will not have any copyrighted games, just the programs to run them with.

www.coolrom.com -Once again Advertisements are a little bit IN YOUR FACE but we all need funding!!

BEST EMULATOR
My favorite emulator would have to be VISUALBOY ADVANCE, its available here and is a Gameboy, Gameboy Color and Gameboy advance emulator, it has good interface (depending on your version) and can open Zipped rom files!
